The backpack arrived very quickly, and it's as lovely as I hoped! The service is also very quick and helpful - when I inquired about a failed delivery notification I got an email back the very next day, with assurances that it has arrived and that I need to pick it up. They even provided the tel number of the local post office! :)

It's smaller than I thought it would be, however it holds all my items in perfect order and I absolutely love how organized everything inside it looks. The bag is very beautiful, customer service is great. I wanted a brown bag but accidentally ordered a black one, I emailed the customer service and they managed to change it for me before shipping. The brown was a bit orangy brown, still love it.

I received my mini backpack today, and I love it. It looks rather small but really holds quite a lot inside. The metal accents in the picture looked silver, but the purse I got has metal accents that are antique brass. Since the accents are not a shiny brass or gold color, I actually like it.
