1. We will usually ship within 1-3 business days. US shipments are delayed for 7-10 working days or more due to recent high volume. Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.
2. Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday.
3. Due to the uncertain situation of COVID-19, there are shipping delays of 2-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships!
4. Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it on https://www.ecosusi.com/apps/trackingmore
5. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@ecosusi.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

U.S. Shipping Destinations and Rates
- ECOSUSI ships to all 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
- Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
- Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. ECOSUSI cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 9 -18 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- If you want to refund your order when the parcel has already been shipped out, please refuse the parcel. We will refund your order when we receive the tracking information of the returned parcel.
- For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
