ECOSUSI offers a 15 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.
*If the package is rejected, 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as the shipping fee.
*If the product is returned for non-quality problems, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
Silk products: From when you receive your package ECOSUSI offers a 7 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. Any damage resulting from poor care or wear and tear is not covered under our policy. All silk scarfs sent are carefully inspected and ironed before shipments. The snags of 2-5 cm/slight white spots are material characteristics and are unavoidable.
Please kindly note: If the product has no quality problems, the return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

You can cancel your orders prior to shipment and will get full refund if the order is canceled successfully.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched. But due to the timeline for processing exchanges and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we usually don't offer exchanges.
We recommend placing a new order for the item you like and returning your current order for a refund by following the steps above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
