The bag is gorgeous. It looks exactly like the pictures. It just can't hold a lot of things. My laptop, bulky laptop charger, classic happy planner and purse don't fit comfortably. I literally have to unpack the entire bag to get 1 thing. This bag is not for a student or someone with a lot of stuff.

I have just received my bag with great excitement! (I got this briefcase in the color Coffee.) It is gorgeous and seems sturdy; the inside is amazingly structured; and I love the multiple ways you can wear the straps! Customer service is also thoughtful and my experience was overall amazing!

I am absolutely blown away by how beautiful, yet durable, this bag is. I originally purchased the Brandy Brown shade by accident and wanted the Coffee color instead, so the seller immediately changed it for me without any issues. And now that I have received my bag, I’m considering getting both colors! The quality is fantastic for the price you pay. At my retail job, we sell purses of similar size for $80-$100 and they aren’t nearly as well made. This is a bag that I almost feel bad using because it’s so beautiful. I highly recommend anything from Ecosusi brand if you enjoy their vintage style. You can’t go wrong.

It perfectly accommodates my laptop and the few files I transport back and forth from work/home. You can carry it as a briefcase, cross body or backpack. The perfect bag all around! This bag is a wonder! I received it yesterday, and I'm so glad! It's big enough to fit my 15' laptop (39cm long), not in the pocket dedicated to it, but it really doesn't matter. I like the color, it seems really strong (very good quality) and the fact you can wear it as a bagpack is a plus!

Placed the order on the 27th of dec 2019. Bag arrived today - the 18th of jan in Romania. I had to wait a lot for the bag to pass customs when it arrived in Europe.
The bag is really nice, the color is beautiful (i ordered the red one) and I can't wait to use it at work. Communication with the company is great, they answered my emails in a few hours and tried to help me track my bag. I will come back to order again.

I originally ordered the wrong color, and realized my mistake 10 minutes after. I contacted Ecosusi customer support right away, and they were able to change the color for me before shipping.

Everything is beautifully made and functional. I love the design but the quality I really recommend not to put too heavy stuff inside so this will make the bag last longer.

I really like how this bag looks and it's comfortable to carry. I don't worry about it slipping off my shoulder. I've had it for a week now and so far so good. The quality seems good. I'm able to fit my laptop, planner and two books with some careful arranging. It's a little hard to get into the bag while you're carrying it, so mainly to get my keys in and out. My biggest complaint however is that because the bow is removable it only hooks onto the top handle so it doesn't stay in place. Every time I hope the bag, the bow slides to the back and I have to readjust it to sit nicely in the front.

I love this bag. I wanted a laptop bag that didn't look like those black bags that every employer gives you with your laptop. I travel a lot and needed something that wants not only durable but also comfortable to carry. The adjustable strap makes this one of the most comfortable bags I've run through an airport with. Great case with a nice flexible feel so you can squeeze something in if necessary. I had ordered another case previously from another manufacturer that was beautiful but too stiff and everything was a struggle to fit into it. This one is much more user-friendly and easier to carry as well. Good size for holding things and to carry for extended periods. I've used it a handful of times with no signs of wear. The bow is an added bonus for the cuteness factor :-)

So far I Love it. I've used it for my laptop and several notebooks. The few times I've carried it I have received compliments on its design. It's not leather, but it is decently sturdy and I think by not overstuffing it, it will maintain its shape! Very happy with it so far.

A classic briefcase backpack with a big giant bow? TAKE MY MONEY!
I got this as luggage for a 3-day motorcycle trip. I figured it being pleather, getting wet won't be an issue. I wanted backpack straps- check. I wanted something classic, but a touch girly- check. And I needed to be able to pack spare clothes and toiletries. CHECK!
What I managed to stuff in there with room to spare: 2 thin long sleeve tees, 2pr socks, 2pr underwear, a cardigan sweater (put it all in a big ziploc and sat on it lol) flipflops, makeup bag, toiletries bag, phone charger, a scarf, a couple maps, and a water bottle. It doesn't feel overstuffed, and is comfortable to wear. The style of the straps where the bag sits a bit lower on my back means that it's not bumping up against my helmet and straining my neck.
The way I packed, the whole thing weighs under 8 pounds- Definitely within what the bag can handle.
If I could find a bag like this in real leather I'd pay hundreds for it. But this thing is pretty darn sweet for my purposes.
