Customer service was excellent—my original order was lost in the mail, and they quickly sent a replacement without any hassle. The bag itself is very well made and feels durable. My Canon Rebel T7 fits perfectly with one lens beside it. My only wish is that it were slightly wider so I could fit both of my lenses at the same time. Overall, it’s a great quality shoulder bag and works well for everyday use.

I love it! It can fit my sony a6400 and 2 lenses in there. Also my slim wallet and keys in there. However, I will say that it can get heavy and you might want to get an additional pad on the shoulder to stop it digging into your shoulder. That's my only complaint.
I LOVE THIS BAG!!! The Only thing i wish it had is a locking mechanism in the front or the straps in the front to actually pull through and latch in case the bag would tumble.
