It's packaging was well done and the bag came exactly like the picture. It's big enough to fit my laptop, books, and folders for school. Really love the idea of looking like a brief case but can also be carried as a backpack. Love the texture, love the color, I just love it!

Loads of pockets and so much space - it holds all of my books for uni as a literature student! So far really sturdy too; soft enough to be able to take lots of items but structured enough to still be professional and pretty. It looks so elegant and goes with all of my outfits, I love it!

I am beyond happy with my purchase. My biggest concern was the size but my everyday items fit just fine and I could fill it even more if I needed to. Since the material is soft it doesn't limit you. As you can see is fits a tablet, a water bottle, a thick pencil case, two books (400 pages each), a smaller bag with personal effects, sunglasses, a folder and a binder. The tablet/laptop pocket is nicely padded and spacious. The straps are really long. The shortest length fits even me, a plus size person. My only criticism would be that the key strap needs a carabiner type of closure to make taking the keys on and off easier.

I'll be honest, it arrived broken in one strap. I sent an email to their customer service, they responded, offered me many solutions and in the end they sent me a pair of new braces for free. The best customer service!!! Maybe the photos don't do this beautiful bag much justice, but I am an employee and student in the health sector, I carry a lot of things in this bag. I love that it is so big and yes it is heavy but it has become my personal brand, Now other backpacks seem so simple and ugly to me hahaha I'm lost, I will buy here from today onwards. NEVER CLOSED!!!
Love this bag! It’s very durable and super cute. It’s not my ideal every day bag because you cant pack it with a ton of things and because of the two locks straps it’s not easily accessible BUT it super stylish, sleek and gets the job done! Perfect for a laptop or a notebook/slim documents. My only dislike is that it started to tear after a few months and Ive only use it to carry my planner and notebook to work. Still a good deal for the price!

Messenger bag is super sturdy. It can fit a Surface Pro laptop and 2 medium size books lotion and a makeup pouch and other things. And that just the inside. It has a flat pocket on the back and a deep pocket under the flap.

It’s perfect! Just like the photos, but even better. There is so much space inside, a few side pockets, and plenty of places where you can add keychains. I also love the back where it has a side pocket where you can place your phone or keys or something that you need immediately on the move. Love this!

My bag is absolutely amazing!! It is HUGE, i put my Samsung s6 lite tablet and the bag is secretly big enough that my tablet can almost lay flat!! Feels high quality and does what i need it to do! I can fit my tablet, battery packs, headphones, charger, hand mirror, 3 notebooks, lip combo kit and it still be practically empty!!!
